Payment must be provided at the time of the first visit. We accept cash, check, or paypal.

Yes! We require a meet and great with all new clients. This free visit will give both you and your pet the opportunity to meet your petsitter and show them your pet’s routine.

We will make an effort to send the same sitter to every visit. However, emergencies happen and schedules may change. We always have a backup on standby to send in a pinch. Your pet is our priority and we will not keep them waiting!

No, but we do have a secure place to store your key if you plan on using our services regularly. If we have your key, we can be available quickly in an emergency. If you would prefer us not to keep it, you can make arrangements to drop your keys off to us before each visit.

Sure! We are happy to text or email you an update and/or photo.

Yes, we do offer this service on a case by case basis. We would love to meet your pet and review their medical needs.

Yes! Of course we can not guarantee that we will always have someone in your area, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

No, all of our visits are to your home.
